EMERGENCIES

If you have a medical emergency please call 911. We do not provide emergency care in the office.

AFTER HOURS CALLS

If you are an established patient with an urgent situation, there is always a physician on call.

APPOINTMENTS

Except in emergency, we see patients in the office by appointment only. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the specialty nature of the healthcare services we provide, we ask for your understanding if we sometimes run behind schedule. We will make every effort to avoid this.

If you are sick and need to see the doctor please call the office as early as possible so we can schedule you to be seen the same day.

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please bring all your medications that you are currently taking, insurance cards and a picture ID to each appointment. If you need to make, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Please log on to the patient profile and complete appropriate paperwork. MEDICATION REFILLS

Should you need a refill on a medication prescribed by one of our physicians, please contact your pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request.

MEDICAL RECORDS

We will not release your healthcare information without your written consent. Your records are confidential and private. For concerns or questions concerning your medical records please call during business hours. Our experienced staff will arrange for you to obtain needed information.

INSURANCE/ FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

For questions regarding your insurance or billing statement, please call during business hours and our business office will assist you.
