As a comprehensive Internal Medicine practice, Carewell Physicians is well-equipped to be your primary health care provider.  Dr. Nadir is experienced in the diagnosis and management of the most complex health issues.  Although comprehensive care is our primary goal, we also provide the following services:

Please note that Dr. Nadir only sees patients who are 15 years or older.

All of our patients’ records are filed electronically.  Furthermore, our patients have the ability to schedule and confirm appointments online.
