Carewell Physicians is an Internal Medicine clinic, conveniently located on the Southeast corner of Elliot Road and McQueen Road. We opened our Door in November, 2007. Carewell Physicians strives to provide professional, ethical and personal services to those in a need of primary healthcare.

Ehreema Nadir, M.D. is the proprietor of this facility.  Dr. Nadir works as a Hospitalist both in Chandler Regional Hospital and Mercy Gilbert Hospital.
